This is the second time they have mistakenly charged me for over $200. The first time they decided to take $200 from a debit card I had used the month prior to pay my bill.. without notifying me.. and it wasn't even my bank account! So frustrating. AT&T said they'll hopefully catch their error before they ship, but that didn't stop them from charging me TWICE. And to make things worse, AT&T told me "this is happening to a ton of people." Really?!
