Facebook Places just released to the entire US via their website and the iPhone/Android App – now here comes the good and the high controversy over its privacy settings. Do you really want your boss or coworkers to know where you check in or better yet did you know your friends can check you into a place that you’re not even at which could make you look very foolish. The Moxie Mo shows you exactly what three things you must change in order to keep 100% control over Facebook Places. That said, the new geo-location feature in Facebook Places is very moxie and fun!
Sanyo’s Xacti VPC-PD2BK has just released an “affordable” pocket cam that in reality is more like a prosumer camcoder and camera! Last but not least, the iPad is still holding on as #1 in tablet sales but expect some fierce competition by the end of the year. RIM’s BlackPad tablet should be coming out sooner rather than later, but I’m not terribly impressed as you will see in my episode. That said, LG’s Optimus tablet is definitely one to appreciate as the VP of Marketing himself claims publicly it’s “much better than the iPad.” We show you who we expect both of these tablets to cater to and then you can make a decision on the iPad, LG’s Optimums or the BlackPad by RIM or Blackberry.
