It’s the first episode of a brand new year and a brand new decade. It’s refreshing to turn over to a brand new page and I’m thankful you’re taking the journey with me. As many of you know, the beginning of the new year brings the biggest gathering of geeks to CES 2010 – a week long event where we see the newest and hottest gadgets from netbooks to notebooks to desktops and GPS apps and even more mobile platforms and smartphones. The Moxie Mo Show, though, has it covered and we’re betting we know what this year CES’ has in store for you: want to see if I’m right?
Speaking of CES, two important announcements: Cali Lewis and Neal Campbell, from Geekbrief.tv, have invited me over to their place to tape a couple of segments/shows as they will be covering CES 2010 “24/7 at their home” and I couldn’t be more excited to join them to discuss what’s new and what was left out. Stay tuned to my Twitter so you can know when I will be on their show!
And, I wish I had this gadget just a few days ago when I was in Gatlinburg, TN… Liquid Image’s Summit Series Snow Camera Goggles are getting a lot of buzz as they’ve been leaked pre-CES 2010. Liquid Image has made underwater cameras and goggles and now it’s time for the perfectly beautiful snow ski goggles that have a 5 megapixel camera embedded into the top of the goggles as well as flash memory to video tape in HD (or High Quality). So not only can you take the best shots on the slopes, you can even video your adventures as you ski this season and capture nature at its best.
Last but not least, the iPhone 3GS was my traveling partner while James and I met my family in Gatlinburg. I fell in love with the 3GS simply because of the wonderful speed and the ability to record gorgeous looking videos and simply uploading them to Twitter, Facebook and even my blog. But I realized, soon, that 15 videos in 1 day is probably the most annoying thing one can do to others… so I instantly decided to research an app on my iPhone that would allow me to not only edit my video on my iPhone, but also combine videos, import music from my iPod directory and even use transitions and titles – and I FOUND ONE! It’s called ReelDirector and it’s the moxiest video editing app – every iPhone 3GS user needs this app ASAP. Click here to download it immediately from the iTunes App Store!
