Dolphins? What do they have to do with technology? Plenty. According to Wired Magazine, humans are learning how to create dolphin “clicks” (echolocation) and how to use these clicks to find objects in the pitch black dark. The iPhone 3.1 has been revealed to iPhone developers and the next upgrade should fix a lot of the 3.0 bugs that we’ve all been having when we upgraded just a few weeks ago. Details inside.
Also, there will be a a new 3.0 Facebook App for the iPhone 3.0 (and iPhone 3GS) that will literally transform how we social network. You have to check out this episode to see all the changes. They are crushing WhoSpace (knock on MySpace).
Last but not least, Twitter made some changes recently that many didn’t know about - including a higher level of spam protection (thank you Lord) and the ability to add photos directly from Flickr, one of the largest photo sharing sites in the world.

It’s been a tragic day in the celebrity world with the death of Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett and Twitter played a vital role in breaking the news story before the major news networks did. Yet again, one more reason why Twitter is the leading edge in breaking news. What are your thoughts?
Also, Apple updated all Apple TVs and the coolest update has to do with the free App Store’s app called Remote (for the iPhone and iPod Touch). It allows you to control your Apple TV via your iPhone by the touch of a finger finger strokes. It’s quite impressive.

Also, iPhone 3GS users break a YouTube record - YouTube has seen a 400% increase in uploads since the 3GS launched - the first smart phone that allows recording video and uploading it directly to the web.

Apple releases two big announcements first thing this Monday morning and one of the announcements isn’t too hard to believe: Apple sold over 1 million iPhone 3GS units just over opening weekend, ending on Father’s Day Sunday. That’s quite impressive. The second big announcement has to do with Steve Jobs? Is he back at Apple? Well, the Moxie Mo surely knows!

So what really was announced today? First, a new iPhone - the iPhone 3GS. It’s episode 79 and Twitter’s in the news, again. If you’ve noticed several followers using “spymaster” hash tags and announcing they’ve assassinated someone, it’s part of a hot, new game called SpyMaster. It’s the first of its kind to use Twitter as it’s messaging platform and several blogs are calling this game “addictive and a major time killer.”
